Cypress Hill is an American hip-hop group formed in South Gate, California, in 1988. The group consists of B-Real, Sen Dog, DJ Muggs, and Eric Bobo, and is widely recognized for its distinctive sound, which blends hard-hitting beats, psychedelic influences, and Latin American cultural roots.

The group’s self-titled debut album introduced their unique style, but it was Black Sunday (1993) that brought them international success.
